Do I need to drive to a garage?
No. Everything happens where the car already is - your driveway, garage, workplace car park, or the roadside. Bring the key, clear the area around the car, and we take care of the rest.
How is the price decided?
You get a fixed quote before we begin. If we find extra work once the car is open, we stop and ask you first. Nothing is added to your bill without your approval.
What if my car will not start?
That is our most common callout. We test the battery, alternator, and starter on site and can usually have you running within the hour, or arrange a replacement battery immediately.
Do you guarantee the work?
Yes. Every job carries a 90-day workmanship warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. We also return for any issue related to the repair at no charge.
What areas do you cover?
Residential, commercial, and roadside locations within a 40 km radius of the city centre. Outside that radius, contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Your car is not going to fix itself
